Sam Misheal obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Staffordshire University in England, and then later obtain his equivalency through the National Committee on Accreditation (“The National Committee on Accreditation is a standing committee of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada consisting of members involved with the administration of provincial and territorial law societies, members of the practising bar, and representatives of the Council of Canadian Law Deans”) and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
Sam takes a practical, solution-oriented approach to family law, and understands that the financial and emotional issues that arise from family law matters are unique for each client and advises each client in accordance with his or her own needs and financial budget.
Sam has litigation experience and has been involved with matters relating to custody, access, child support, equalization of net family property, spousal support, and matters relating to the enforcement of child support through the Family Responsibility Office.
